I need Mother's advice?

My 20 month old,only eats twice a day but he only eats small portions of what i give him,his really getting skinny..any advices?I need Mother's advice?
.First set up a strict eating schedule. Plan to feed him every three hours and make every meal at the exact same time everyday.

Next, only offer him what you have on 'the menu'. For example, breakfast is eggs, toast, banana, and milk. Only give him 4 ounces of milk at a time so he will eat more. If he doesn't eat, do NOT give him anything else. You are going to feed him in three hours again and he won't starve by then. The key is to NOT give in and give him what he will eat.

Here is a sample menu for him;

Breakfast at 8:00--eggs, toast, banana and milk

Snack 11:00- cut grapes and water

Lunch 12:30- Grilled cheese sandwich, green beans, cooked carrots, and milk

Snack 3:30 (or when he gets up from nap)~ Saltines and apple slice and water

Dinner 6:30 Roast chicken, mashed potatoes, corn, roll and milk

snack 8:0 (or about thirty minutes before bed)- milk and goldfish

Remember, the key is to be in control of what goes in his mouth. Do not let him decide what he eats. Obviously, he is the decider of IF he eats, but YOU are the decider of WHAT he eats. If he is hungry, he WILL eat. Even the most stubborn child will give in and eat something on his plate after half a day. Don't give him more than 4 ounces of milk at a time so that he doesn't fill up on milk.

This is a sample day of how I feel my own children. I made the mistake of letting my first child dictate how meals were and to this day he is STILL a picky eater.....15 years later! My other four children eat just about anything put in front of them because I learned from my mistake. Stop this path right now and you'll avoid my mistakeI need Mother's advice?
Why is he only eating twice a day? He should be eating about every 3 hours.

They only eat small portions because their stomachs are still small; more reason they need to eat more often. Offer him healthy foods every three hours and let him decide how much to eat.
feed him alot of proteins [this will make you child stong but still looks skinny] and carbs [give him so fat in that body!]

but to b 100% go see his doctor
If he is losing weigh take him to his pediatrician.
proteins moma !
